Having already encouraged colleagues to choose their flexible benefits online rather than over the phone way back in 2011, the Flex Benefits campaign was rejuvenated in later years with a new video to outline the benefits to colleagues in a clear and engaging manner. Proteus developed the original brand identity which has continued to be utilised and evolved by the Life@LBG team (also designed by Proteus!) ever since launch.
