This major change communication involved the integration of systems and processes across three retail banks. Proteus supplied artwork originations for 63 brochures, ranging from 15 pages to 210 pages, circa 1,000,000 unique pages delivered to strict timescales to more than 500 branches.
Changes in key processes at retail level have been implemented successfully and form part of a £1 billion saving for the business.
